| 摘 要： | 目的：观察不同浓度格根滴眼剂（简称GNT）对兔眼睛的刺激反应。方法：观察3.72mg/kg、2.48mg/kg、1.24mg/kg浓度格根滴眼剂及生理盐水对正常兔眼的刺激性。20只兔随机分成4组,每组5兔10眼,4次/d滴眼,每次50μL,连续10d。于滴眼后1d、2d、4d、6d、8d、10d,用裂隙灯观察兔眼结膜、角膜、虹膜的刺激反应并评分。结果：双眼结膜无充血、水肿、分泌物,角膜透明,无浑浊,虹膜纹理清晰。眼刺激反应评分为0,属无刺激性物质。结论：格根滴眼剂对兔眼无刺激性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To test the stimulating effect of traditional Mongolian drug gegen eye drop(GNT) on rabbit eyes.Methods:20 rabbits were randomly divided into four groups;ten rabbit's eyes of each group were dropped respectively by 3.72mg/kg,2.48mg/kg,1.24mg/kg gegen eye drop in experimental groups(to eye,four times daily for 10d),and normal saline was used in control groups.The reactions in the cornea,iris and conjunctiva on day of 1,2,4,6,8,10 after droping were evaluated by slit-lamp examinations and scored.Results:Multiple regular stimulation had no marked influence on rabbit eyes tested,with cornea being transparent without turbidness and iris clarity,no conjunctiva hyperemia,edema and secreta.The eye stimulating test was scored 0 point.Conclusion:Traditional Mongolian gegen eye drops has no stimulating effect on rabbit eye balls. |
