马铃薯切片外敷治疗外周静脉炎的疗效探讨

目的观察马铃薯切片与50%硫酸镁溶液外敷治疗外周静脉炎的差别,探讨治疗外周静脉炎更为简便有效的方法。方法将113例因静脉留置针而发生外周静脉炎患者随机分为观察组(马铃薯切片治疗组,n=58)和对照组(50%硫酸镁溶液治疗组,n=55),观察两组间静脉炎的显效和治愈时间。结果观察组外周静脉炎平均治愈时间为(2.96±0.61)d,对照组为(5.03±1.52)d,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论马铃薯切片外敷治疗外周静脉炎可缩短治愈时间,方法简便,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Potato Slices External Application on Peripheral Phlebitis Induced by Intravenous Indwelling Needle

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of potato slices external application and 50% magnesium sulfate solution on the treatment of phlebitis caused by intravenous indwelling needle. Methods One hundred and thirteen cases of peripheral phlebitis were randomly divided into observation group（n=58） and control group（n=55）. The patients in control group were treated by 50% magnesium sulfate solution, while those in observation group were treated by potato slices external application, both groups＂ treatment effect and treatment time were analyzed. Results The average treatment time was（2.96±0.61 ）days in observation group, and（5.03±1.52）days in control group respectively with a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Potato slices external application is a safer, simpler and more effective method, it can effectively reduce the treatment time of peripheral phlebitis induced by intravenous indwelling needle.
