重症急性胰腺炎50例临床治疗探讨

目的研究重症急性胰腺炎的临床治疗方法。方法对2009年2月—2010年2月期间,该院住院部收治急性重症胰腺炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组25例,对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,每隔8h为患者加一次善得定0.1mg,1周为1个疗程。结果观察组尿淀粉酶恢复时间、血淀粉酶恢复时间、腹痛缓解时间、恶心呕吐数量较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组代谢性酸中毒、肾功能不全、休克、ARDS的发生率较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组中患者手术中转率及患者病死率均明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗过程中生长抑素的配合使用,使患者的临床症状有了明显的改善,有效的提高了患者的治愈率,使患者的并发症的发病率大大降低,临床值得推广应用。

50 Cases of Severe Acute Pancreatitis Clinical Treatment

Objective To study the clinical treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 2009 February to 2010 February in our hospital, was admitted to acute severe pancreatitis patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 25 cases in each group, while the control group adopted conventional treatment, the observation group in the control group on the basis of the treatment, every 8 hours for patients with an Sandostatin 0.1 mg, a week for a course of treatment. Results In the observation group, urinary amylase recovery time, blood amylase recovery time, abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting number was lower than that in control group, P0.05, has statistics significance. In observation group, metabolic acidosis, renal insufficiency, shock, the incidence of ARDS was lower than that in control group, P0.05, has statistics significance. In the control group, patients with operation transfer rate and mortality rate in patients with P0.05 were significantly higher than those in the observation group, there was statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical course of treatment with somatostatin with use, so that the clinical symptoms of patients were obviously improved, effectively improve the healing rate of the patients, so that patients with complications significantly reduced the incidence, clinical is worthy of popularization and application.
