四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠球部溃疡效果观察

目的探讨采用四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠球部溃疡的治疗效果。方法选择该院从2011年9月—2012年9月收治的100例幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠球部溃疡患者,将所有患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组中的患者口服雷内拉唑10mg/次,雷尼替丁枸橼酸铋350mg/次,阿莫西林1000mg/次,呋喃唑酮100mg/次对照组患者口服奥美拉唑20mg/次,阿莫西林1000mg/次,克拉霉素500mg/次。观察对比两组患者的Hp根除率、溃疡愈合率以及溃疡复发和再感染率。结果在治疗之后,观察组患者的溃疡愈合率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的Hp根除率、溃疡复发率明显优于对照组。两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠球部溃疡患者采用四联疗法具有比较好的治疗效果,值得在临床上得到广泛运用。

Quadruple Therapy for Helicobacter Pylori Positive Effect of the Duodenal Bulb Ulcer were Observed

Objective To study the quadruple therapy on Helicobacter pylori positive duodenal ulcer treatment effect.Methods In our hospital from 2011 September to 2012 September were treated 100 cases of Helicobacter pylori positive duodenal ulcer patients,randomly divided all the patients into two groups,the observation group and control group,each group of 50 cases.Patients with oral Rene observed in the group of esomeprazole 10mg/d,ranitidine bismuth citrate 350 mg/d,amoxicillin and furazolidone 1000mg/times,100mg/times the control group of patients with oral omeprazole 20mg/d times,1000 mg/times 500mg/times of amoxicillin,clarithromycin.Comparison of two groups of patients with Hp eradication rate,ulcer healing rate and ulcer recurrence and reinfection rate.Results After treatment,the ulcer healing rate in the observation group and the control group had no statistical significance differences between,P 0.05.The observation group Hp eradication rate,ulcer recurrence rate was significantly better than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P0.05.Conclusion for Helicobacter pylori positive duodenal ulcer were treated with quadruple therapy has better curative effect,is worth to be widely used in clinical.
