老年急性左心衰竭临床护理探讨

目的研究将对老年急性左心衰竭患者进行临床研究,从而探讨老年急性左心衰竭患者的临床合理护理措施,为提高患者的护理效果及其生命安全提供可靠依据。方法对自2012年1—12月前来就诊的39例老年急性左心衰竭患者进行临床回顾性分析,护理内容包括病情观察与生命体征监测、用药护理、吸氧护理、心理护理、饮食护理等。结果 39例老年急性左心衰竭患者经治疗与护理后,用药至症状缓解时间为30min~24h,平均时间为0.8~0.4h,其中36例患者成功治疗并出院,成功率为92.31%;死亡患者为3例,死亡率为7.69%。与治疗前比较,患者血压、心率水平明显好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床使用病情观察与生命体征监测、用药护理、吸氧护理、心理护理、饮食护理等基础护理与护理干预相结合的综合性护理措施,能够有效提高患者护理效果,从而保障患者生命安全,值得临床推广应用。

Elderly Patients with Acute Left Heart Failure Nursing care

Objective This paper will be to elderly acute left heart failure patients with clinical research, which discuss the elderly acute left heart failure patients with clinical rational nursing measures, in order to improve patient care effect and provide reliable basis for life safety. Methods From January 1, to December 31,292 complaining of 39 cases of elderly acute left heart failure patients were analyzed retrospectively, nursing contents include the observation and monitoring vital signs, medication nursing, nursing oxygen, psychological nursing, diet nursing, etc. Results 39 cases of elderly acute left heart failure patients after treatment and care, medication to alleviate symptoms time for 30 minutes to 24 hours, average time is 0.8 to 0.4 hours, 36 patients treated successfully and discharge, the success rate is 92.31%; Death patients for 3 cases, and mortality was 7.69%. Compared with before treatment, patients blood pressure and heart rate level improved obviously, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clinical use observation and monitoring vital signs, medication nursing, nursing oxygen, psychological nursing, diet nursing care and basic nursing and nursing intervention of combining comprehensive nursing measures, can effectively improve patient care effect, thus ensuring patients life safety, it is worth clinical application.
