动态心电图ST-T段改变对冠心病的临床诊断意义

目的探讨动态心电图ST-T段改变对冠心病的临床诊断意义。方法采用18导联心电图筛选出存在心电图ST-T改变的患者纳入该研究,入组患者经12导联同步全息动态心电图检查后分为心电图ST-T有动态变化组和无动态变化组。所有入组患者均行冠脉造影检查以确诊是否为冠心病。结果经冠脉造影检查,ST-T有动态变化组和ST-T无动态变化组的确诊率分别为70.7%和27.3%,两组确诊率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=43.64,P<0.01)。结论心电图ST-T段发生动态改变的冠心病确诊率显著高于ST-T段未发生动态改变的确诊率,ST-T段动态改变可作为冠心病诊断的一个简便、有效指标。

The Clinical Diagnostic Significance of Dynamic ECG ST-T Segment changes on Coronary heart Disease

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic significance of dynamic ECG ST-T segment changes on coronary heart disease.Methods Patients with ECG ST-T changes Diagnosed with18-lead ECG screening were enrolled into this study,and the patients enrolled were divided into ECG ST-T group of the dynamic change and no dynamic change group after 12 lead simultaneous holographic Holter.All patients underwent coronary angiography to confirm the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Results The diagnosis rate of ECG ST-T dynamic change group and no dynamic change group were 70.7% and 27.3%,respectively,and there was significant difference between the two groups（χ2=43.64,P0.01）.Conclusion the coronary heart disease diagnosis rate of patients with ECG ST-T segment dynamic change is significantly higher than that without dynamic change,the change of ST-T segment can be regard as a simple and effective indicator in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease
