电脑气压止血带在骨科手术中的应用及护理

目的：通过研究,对电脑气压止血带在骨科手术中能否起到减少出血量的作用得出明确结论,为止血带在手术室的应用提供理论支持,以指导止血带在骨科手术中的合理应用,达到方便手术进行,减少病人痛苦的目的。方法：在内蒙古医学院第二附属医院手术室收集电脑气压止血带的应用实例,将其设定为观察组,将同种手术未使用止血带的病人设为对照组,对两组病人出血量进行对照分析,以确定止血带在骨科手术中是否具有减少出血量的作用。结果：应用止血带与未应用止血带在止血效率上差异有统计学意义,说明应用电脑气压止血带在术中止血可使出血量明显减少。结论：四肢手术使用止血带后,术野清晰,肢体变白,术中未见再出血;术后肢端血运良好,肢体活动及感觉正常,无神经或肌肉损伤情况,气压止血带价廉物美,装置简单,操作方便,适合各级医院使用。

The Application and Nursing of Computer Pressure Tourniquet in Operation of Orthopedics

Objective：To have a clear conclusion by researching the application of tourniquet in orthopedics surgery can play the role of reducing the amount of bleeding or not.To provide theoretical support of tourniquet used in the operating room,to direct the tourniquet used in orthopedics surgery rationally,to facilitate the operation and reduce the suffering of the patients.Methods： Collecting examples of the application tourniquet in the operating room of the second affiliated hospital.Set to the observation group,the same kind of surgery patients did not use the tourniquet as the control group,and analysis of the amount of bleeding and surgical time of two groups of patients,in order to determine whether the orthopedics surgery could reduce the amount of bleeding and the operation time.Results： Two groups have a high degree of statistical significance.It can be concluded the application of computers in air pressure during tourniquet to stop bleeding can significantly reduce the amount of bleeding.Conclusion： Tourniquet use of limbs after surgery,the operative field clear,physically white,with no further bleeding.Good blood circulation after surgery,physical activity and feeling normal,no nerve or muscle damage.Pneumatic tourniquet is cheap,easy to operate,simple device,and suitable for all levels of hospitals.
