骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的CT诊断与鉴别诊断

目的探讨骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的CT表现特点。方法回顾性分析12例经手术病理证实的骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的CT表现。结果11例为单发,位于下颌骨1例,颞骨2例,肩胛骨2例,锁骨1例,髂骨3例,长骨2例;1例为椎体多发。主要表现:骨质破坏,邻近骨皮质改变,骨膜反应及软组织肿块。结论CT能较好的显示病变范围及邻近组织改变,有助于该病的诊断及鉴别诊断。

CT diagnosis and differentiation of bone eosinophilic granuloma

Objective To evaluate the CT manifestations of bone eosinophilic granuloma. Methods 12 patients with bone eosinophilic granuloma verified by surgery and histopathology were analyzed retrospectively with CT. Results 11 cases had solitary lesion:1 in mandible,2 in temporal bone,2 in scapula,1 in clavicle,3 in ilium,2 in long bone;1 case had multiple lesions in vertebral column.The main imaging findings included bone destruction,adjacent cortical bone involvement,periosteal reaction and soft tissue mass. Conclusion CT can precisely reveal the lesion extent and its surrounding soft-tissue,therefore it can be useful in the diagnosis and differentiation of this disease.
