HACCP在公共商场卫生监督中应用的探讨

摘    要:目的探讨公共商场卫生监督中新的工作方法。方法运用危害分析关键控制点(HACCP)原理判定公共商场卫生监督中的危害因素,确定卫生质量关键控制点、控制标准和控制方法,对公共商场进行卫生监督管理。结果公共商场卫生相关指标明显改善(P<0.05)。结论运用HACCP原理开展公共商场卫生监督,可明显提高公共商场卫生质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore a new mean of occupation in health supervision of public place and supermarket.Methods To make a judgement to the factor of injury,to determine the critical control point,standard and ways of hygienic quality,the principle of inhazard analysis critical control point is wsed.It can make a health supervision and management to public place and supermarket.Results There is statistical significance difference between the application of HACCP and without the application.Conclusions The hygienic quality can be elevated in a higher level after the application of HACCP.
