腹腔镜治疗卵巢良性肿瘤52例分析

目的 讨论电视腹腔镜手术对卵巢良性肿瘤患者的治疗效果。方法 收集自2002年1月-2006牟4月在该院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的52例卵巢良性肿瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 46例行腹腔镜下肿瘤剔除术，6例行附件切除术。术后均按时随访，时间0．5-4．0年，1例卵巢上皮性肿瘤复发，1例卵巢内膜样囊肿复发；其余患者术后均无复发。结论 腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤是一种安全有效的方法。

Clinical analysis of 52 benign ovarian epithelial tumor treated by laparoscopy

[Objective] To assess the efficacy of laparoscopy in the treatment of benign epithelial ovarian tumor. [Methods] We retrospectively analyzed patients with benign ovarian epithelial tumor who underwent laparoscopic operation, from Jan 2002 to March 2006 in our hospital. [Results] Totally 52 patients received laparoscopic surgery. 46 cases underwent laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy. 6 cases underwent laparoseopic adnexectromy. All cases were followed up for a period from six months to four years. One patient had a recurrent ovarian serous cystadenoma. One patient developed serous cystadenocarcinoma. No patient developed pseudomyxoma peri tonei after surgery. [Conclusions] Laparoscopy is a safe and effective method in the treatment of benign ovarian epithelial tumor.
