| 摘 要： | 保障国家谈判抗癌药落地是国家谈判机制能否惠及百姓的关键。通过梳理我国保障国家谈判抗癌药落地的主要措施，分析不同医保类型患者使用国家谈判抗癌药的费用结构和特征，探讨医保的供需方政策对国家谈判抗癌药使用的影响，提出完善肿瘤治疗的费用分担机制、合理提升肿瘤诊治能力、加强医保精细化管理等建议。

| Abstract: | To guarantee the implementation of national negotiated anticancer drugs is important to benefit the tumor patients, it reviews the main methods to ensure the implementation of national negotiated anticancer drugs in China, analyzes the cost structure and characteristics of patients with different types of medical insurance, and discusses the impact of medical insurance policies on the use of the anticancer drugs. It aims to put forward suggestions, which could improve tumor treatment cost-sharing mechanism, enhance the tumor diagnosis & treatment ability policy, and strengthen the refined management of medical insurance. |
