成人肠套叠9例临床分析

目的 探讨成人肠套叠的发病机制,诊断和外科治疗.方法 对2000年1月-2007年2月期间我院收治的9例成人肠套叠临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 7例慢性肠套叠者表现为不全性肠梗阻.引起套叠主要原因是良性肿瘤(3例),恶性肿瘤(2例),炎性水肿(1例),盲肠憩室(1例)及不明原因(1例)等.本组9例均行手术治疗,治愈9例.结论 成人肠套叠多有病理因素存在,诊断依据主要是临床表现和辅助检查.治疗首选外科手术.肠切除术是根除病因,防止复发的主要手段.

Clinical investigation of Intussusception in adults: a report of 9 cases

Objective To investigate the pathogenesis , diagnosis and operation of intussasception in adults. Methods The clinical data of 9 hospitalized patients with intussusception in adults were collected from January 2000 to February 2007 in our hospital and were followed with a retrospective study. Results 7 cases demonstrated the characteristics of chronic incomplete intestinal obstruction. The main causes of intussusception were benign(3 cases) or malignant tumor(2 cases), inflammation edema(1 case), the cecal diverticulum(1 case) and the other(1 case). All the 9 cases had performed surgical operation with sound post-operative condition. Conclusion Most of adult intussusceptions have pathological factors, its diagnosis based on clinical manifestations and accessory examinations. Operation is the first choice of treatment. So the resection of the involved intestine will be a proper method for the eradication of the causes and prevention of recurrence.
