高血压SD大鼠心脏结构及功能的超声评价

摘    要:目的:建立肾血管性高血压大鼠模型并应用高分辨率超声评价高血压SD大鼠心脏结构及功能。方法:采用二肾一夹型(2K1C)肾血管性高血压大鼠模型,应用7.5MHz线阵探头,2-DE结合M型探测高血压SD大鼠心脏获得结构及功能指标,并与对照组进行比较。结果与结论:高分辨率超声可以清晰地显示高血压SD大鼠心脏结构并获得多项结构及功能指标,可以鉴别高血压左心室肥厚类型,是评价高血压SD大鼠心脏结构及功能的理想

Abstract:Objective:The renal hypertensive rat model was built and high resolution sonography was used to evaluate the cardiac structure and function Methods: The renal hypertensive SD rat model was performed with two kidney one clip type (2K1C) and 2 D combined with M mode ultrasonography was used to detect the cardiac structure with probe of 7 5 MHz,to obtain the structural and functional indexes and to compare with the control group Results and Conclusions: High resolution sonography can show the cardiac structure of hypertensive SD rat clearly, obtain many structural and functional indexes and differentiate the types of left ventricular hypertrophy It is the ideal technique to evaluate the cardiac structure and function of hypertensive SD rats
