针刺配合穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床观察

目的观察针刺配合穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法根据随机对照原则将60例患者分为治疗组（针刺配合穴位注射）30例和对照组（单纯针刺）30例,采用VAS评分并记录,观察两组临床疗效。结果两组患者疼痛缓解效果相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;相同时间内治疗组疼痛缓解程度优于对照组（P〈0.05）;半年后随访,治疗组复发率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论两种治疗方法对缓解带状疱疹后遗神经痛均有疗效;针刺配合穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效优于单纯针刺治疗。

Clinical Study on Acupuncture plus Point Injection for Post-herpetic Neuralgia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture plus point injection in treating post-herpetic neuralgia.Method By randomized controlled study rules,sixty patients were divided into a treatment group(acupuncture plus point injection) and a control group(acupuncture),30 cases in each group.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) was adopted in the study to observe the clinical effect in the two groups.Result The effect in pain-relieving in the two groups did not show significant difference(P>0.05);while the treatment group could relieve pain to better extent than the control group did during the same period(P<0.05).In the follow-up study conducted half a year later,it found that the relapse rate in the treatment group was markedly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The two treatment methods both work effectively in relieving post-herpetic neuralgia,while acupuncture plus point injection can obtain better result in treating post-herpetic neuralgia than acupuncture alone.
