稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病合并心律失常90例临床观察

目的稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔对冠心病合并心律失常的临床疗效观察。方法将90例冠心病合并心律失常患者随机分为稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗组和美托洛尔对照组,治疗组给稳心颗粒9 g,每日3次,温水冲服;美托洛尔起始量12.5 mg,每日2次,并根据血压和心率调整剂量。对照组仅给美托洛尔起始量12.5 mg,每日2次,并根据血压和心率调整剂量。两组都观察4周,同时检测心电图和24 h心电图,监测血压和肝肾功能等。结果心悸症状改善：治疗组总有效率91.67%,对照组总有效率66.67%,经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。心电图和动态心电图疗效比较：治疗组总有效率87.50%,对照组总有效率69.05%,经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔对治疗冠心病心律失常的疗效优于单纯应用美托洛尔,二者有协同作用,且副作用小,值得临床上广泛推广应用。

Clinical Observation of 90 Cases of Coronary Heart Disease and Arrhythmia Treated with Wenxin Granules and Metoprolol

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on coronary heart disease and arrhythmia treated with wenxin granules and metoprolol.Methods 90 cases of coronary heart disease and arrhythmia were randomized into a treatment group(wenxin granules and metoprolol)and a control group(metoprolol).In treatment group,wenxin granules were taken orally,9g,three times a day;metoprolol was taken with the initial dose 12.5 mg,twice a day,and the dose of it was adjusted according to blood pressure and the heart rate.In control group,metoprolol was taken with the initial dose 12.5 mg,twice a day,and the dose of it was adjusted according to blood pressure and the heart rate.The cases were observed for 4 weeks in two groups.Additionally,EEG and 24 h EEG,blood pressure,the liver and kidney functions and the others were monitored.Results Concerning to the improvement in palpitation,the total effective rate was 91.67% in treatment group and was 66.67% in control group,presenting statistical significant difference in comparison(P<0.05).Concerning to the efficacy comparison based on EEG and dynamic EEG,the total effective was 87.50% in treatment group and was 69.05% in control group,presenting statistical significant difference in comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of wenxin granules and metoprolol achieves the better efficacy on coronary heart disease and arrhythmia as compared with the simple administration of metoprolol.The coordination of these two medicines is less in side effects and deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
