补肾强骨汤对家兔骨折愈合的影响

目的探讨中药验方＂补肾强骨汤＂对家兔骨折愈合的影响。方法将21只体重为2.0～2.5 kg的雄性兔全部造成左侧桡骨骨折模型后,随机分为三组：中药实验组、中药对照组和自然愈合组,每组7只,中药实验组给予口服＂补肾强骨汤＂,中药对照组给予口服三七片,自然愈合组不予任何治疗。主要观察指标：分别于造模后第2、4、6周行血清碱性磷酸酶（AKP）、血钙、血磷含量的检测及将各组实验兔摄正位X线片,采用盲法读片,将外骨痂和骨折线采用5分制标准进行半定量后评价骨折愈合过程中外骨痂和骨折线的情况。结果造模后血生化及X线中药对照组与自然愈合组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;中药实验组与其余两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。中药实验组与自然愈合组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,中药实验组与中药对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 ＂补肾强骨汤＂具有促进骨折愈合的作用。

Impacts of Bushen Qianggu Decoction on the Healing of Bone Fracture in Rabbits

Objective To discuss the impact of the experienced Chinese medicine,bushen qianggu decoction on the healing of bone fracture in rabbits.Methods 21 male rabbits,weighted 2.0 to 2.5 kg were selected and prepared into the models of the left radial fracture.They were randomized into 3 groups,named Chinese medicine experiment group,Chinese medicine control group and natural healing group,7 rabbits in each one.In Chinese medicine experimental group,bushen qianggu decoction was prescribed for oral administration.In Chinese medicine control group,sanqi tablets were prescribed for oral administration.In the natural healing group,no any treatment was administered.The main observation indexes:separately,in the 2nd,4th and 6th weeks after modeling,the contents of serum alkaline phosphatase(AKP),blood calcium and blood phosphorus were detected.The front-view X-ray film was done for the experiment rabbits in each group.The blind-film-reading method was adopted.The semiquantitation was performed with 5-score assessment to measure the external calluses and fracture lines.Afterward,the situations of the external calluses and fracture lines were assessed during the fracture healing.Results After modeling,in view of the blood biochemical test and X-ray examination,there were no statistically significant differences between Chinese medicine control group and the natural healing group(P>0.05).The differences were significant statistically in the comparison of Chinese medicine experiment group with the other two groups(P<0.05).The differences were significant statistically between Chinese medicine experiment group and the natural healing group(P<0.01).The differences were significant statistically between Chinese medicine experiment group and Chinese medicine control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen qianggu decoction promotes the fracture healing.
