灵龟八法针刺治疗风邪袭络型偏头痛疗效观察

目的观察灵龟八法针刺治疗风邪袭络型偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将60例风邪袭络型偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用灵龟八法针刺治疗,对照组采用常规辨证取穴治疗。两组均在治疗3个疗程后进行疗效比较。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为80.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论灵龟八法针刺是一种治疗风邪袭络型偏头痛的有效方法。

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture with Eight Magic Turtle Techniques for Migraine due to Collaterals Attacked by Pathogenic Wind

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture with eight magic turtle technique in treating migraine due to collaterals attacked by pathogenic wind. Method Sixty patients with migraine of collaterals attacked by pathogenic wind were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each. The treatment group received acupuncture with eight magic turtle techniques, and the control group was managed by ordinary acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation. The therapeutic effects were compared after 3 treatment courses between the two groups. Result The total effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group, versus 80.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture with eight magic turtle techniques is effective in treating migraine due to collaterals attacked by pathogenic wind.
