中西医结合治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效探讨

目的探讨中西医结合治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法将在我院就诊的65例骨质疏松症患者随机分为治疗组（33例）和对照组（32例）,对照组32例给予常规西药钙尔奇D片口服治疗,治疗组33例给予西药钙尔奇D片口服并结合中药治疗的中西医结合疗法。结果两组患者均在治疗6个月（2个疗程,3个月为一疗程）后按照疗效评价标准进行效果评价,治疗组33例患者治愈13例,显效14例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率为93.9%;对照组32例患者治愈8例,显效10例,有效8例,无效6例,总有效率为81.3%;治疗组和对照组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,说明中西医结合的治疗组的临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗的对照组。结论中西医结合治疗骨质疏松症疗效好,值得临床推广。

Exploration of the Clinical Efficacy on Osteoporosis Treated with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the integrated Chinese and western medicine on osteoporosis.Methods 65 cases of osteoporosis treated in the hospital were randomized into a treatment group(33 cases)and a control group(32 cases).In the control group,32 cases were treated with the oral administration of caltrate D tablets.In the treatment group,33 cases were treated with the oral administration of caltrate D tablets and Chinese medicine.Results The cases in either group were treated for 6 months(2 sessions,3-month treatment made one session).Afterward,the effect was assessed according to the efficacy assessment standards.Of 33 cases in the treatment group,13 cases were cured,14 cases remarkably effective,4 cases effective and 2 cases failed.The total effective rate was 93.9%.Of 32 cases in the control group,8 cases were cured,10 cases remarkably effective,8 cases effective and 6 cases failed.The total effective rate was 81.3%.The comparison of the total effective rate presented statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),which explained that the clinical efficacy of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment group was superior to that of the simple western medicine in the control group.Conclusion The integrated Chinese and western medicine achieves the good efficacy on osteoporosis and deserves to be promoted clinically.
