| 摘 要： | 目的观察针药并用治疗老年女性2型糖尿病神经原性膀胱的临床疗效。方法 60例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予临床常规综合疗法,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用针刺及中药治疗。治疗前后测定膀胱残存尿情况。结果治疗组总有效率为80.0%,对照组总有效率为66.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后膀胱残存尿比较,P〈0.05,治疗组明显少于对照组。结论针刺配合中西药治疗老年女性2型糖尿病神经原性膀胱的疗效较佳。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined use of acupuncture and medicine in treating typeⅡ diabetic neurogenic bladder in old women.Method Sixteen patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups.The control group received routine composite treatment and the treatment group,acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine in addition to routine treatment.Residual urine was measured before and after treatment.Result The total efficacy rate was 80.0% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,residual urine volume was significantly smaller in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture plus Chinese herbal medicine and Western drugs has a better therapeutic effect on senile typeⅡ diabetic neurogenic bladder. |
