斑蝥青黛天灸膏配合中药治疗类风湿关节炎疗效观察

目的观察自制斑蝥青黛天灸膏配合中药治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法将70例类风湿关节炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用中药个体化辨证分型治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用天灸治疗,6个月后统计两组疗效。结果治疗组治疗后完全缓解率和总有效率分别为71.4%和100.0%,对照组分别为31.4%和85.7%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论自制斑蝥青黛天灸膏配合中药是一种治疗类风湿关节炎的有效方法。

Clinical Observation on Vesiculation Moxibustion with Cantharides and Indigo Naturalis Paste plus Chinese Medication for Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective To observe the clinical effect ofvesiculation moxibustion with self-made Cantharides and Indigo Naturalis paste plus Chinese medication in treating rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. Method Seventy patients with RA were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 35 in each. The control group was treated by Chinese medication based on individual syndrome differentiation. In addition to the treatment given to the control group, the treatment group also received vesiculation moxibustion. The therapeutic effects in the two groups were measured after 6 months. Result The recovery rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were respectively 71.4% and 100%, versus 31.4% and 85.7% in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is an effective approach in treating RA by using vesiculation moxihustion with self-made Cantharides and Indigo Naturalis paste plus Chinese medication.
