针灸治疗中风偏瘫的疗效观察

目的观察针灸治疗中风偏瘫促进神经功能恢复的疗效。方法将82例偏瘫患者随机分成针灸组41例、康复组41例。针灸组采用针灸治疗,取穴：百会、四神聪、臂臑、曲池、手三里、外关、合谷、梁丘、阴陵泉、阳陵泉、足三里、丘墟、太冲等;康复组采用理疗、肢体功能训练等其他康复治疗。5周后观察比较两组治疗前后神经功能缺损的减少程度。结果两组患者治疗后,针灸组与康复组治疗总有效率分别为：90.4%、83.3%;显著有效率分别为：33.3%、23.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,针灸组的疗效明显高于康复组。结论针灸疗法治疗,可促进中风偏瘫患者神经功能恢复,减少致残率,疗效较显著,且不良反应小,值得临床推广。

Efficacy Observation of Post-Stroke Hemiplegia Treated with Acupuncture and Moxibustion

Objective To observe the efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion for promoting the nerve function recovery on post-stroke hemiplegia.Methods 82 cases of hemiplegia were randomized into an acupuncture-moxibustion group(41 cases) and a rehabilitation group(41 cases).In the acupuncture-moxibustion group,acupuncture was applied to Baihui(GV20),Sishencong(Extra),Binao(LI14),Quchi(LI11),Shousanli(LI10),Waiguan(TE6),Hegu(LI4),Liangqu(ST34),Yinlingquan(SP9),Yanglingquan(GB34),Zusanli(ST36),Qiuxu(GB40),Taicong(LR3),etc.In the rehabilitation group,the rehabilitation training such as physiotherapy and limb function training was adopted.In 5 weeks of treatment,the reducing degree of the nerve function defect was compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 90.4% in the acupuncture-moxibustion group and was 83.3% in the rehabilitation group;the significant effective rate was 33.3% in the acupuncture-moxibustion group and was 23.8% in the rehabilitation group;presenting statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The efficacy in the acupuncture and moxibustion group was remarkably superior to that in the rehabilitation group.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy promotes the recovery of the nerve function,reduces the disability rate,achieves the significant effect and has less adverse reactions for the patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.It deserves to be promoted in clinic.
