温针背俞穴治疗黄褐斑疗效观察

目的观察温针背俞穴治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法将100例黄褐斑患者随机分为治疗组52例和对照组48例。治疗组采用温针背俞穴治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。两组均治疗3个疗程并随访1个月对比疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.1%,对照组为85.4%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针背俞穴是一种治疗黄褐斑的有效方法。

Therapeutic Observation on Warm Needling at Back-Shu Points for Chloasma

Objective To observe the clinical effect of warm needling therapy applied to Back-Shu points in treating chloasma. Method A hundred patients with chloasma were randomized into a treatment group （52 cases） and a control group （48 cases）. The treatment group received warm needling therapy at Back-Shu points, and the control group received ordinary needling therapy. The two groups were both given 3 treatment courses in total and a 1-month follow-up study and compared with each other. Result The total effective rate was 96.1% in the treatment group, versus 85.4% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is effective to apply warm needling therapy to Back-Shu points in treating chloasma.
