聚精颗粒对弱精子症CDY基因表达变化的作用研究

目的评价聚精颗粒治疗核蛋白组型转换异常弱精子症的有效性和安全性以及CDY（Chromodomain Y-like protein）基因表达变化。方法选择核蛋白组型异常弱精子症患者63例,给予聚精颗粒治疗3个月,观察治疗前后精液常规参数以及核蛋白组型转换、CDY基因定量表达的变化。并以56例正常生育者作为对照。结果与正常对照组比较,精子密度差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且精子核蛋白组型转换半定量值、a级精子、（a＋b）级精子和活动率差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。在聚精颗粒治疗3个月后,精子密度与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且治疗后精子核蛋白组型半定量值和a级精子、（a＋b）级精子、活动率等主要精液参数指标与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗后CDY基因均有不同程度的改善。结论聚精颗粒不但能够改善主要精液参数指标,而且能够促进精子核蛋白组型转换半定量值下降,通过促进CDY基因的表达增加,从而达到调节精子核蛋白组型转换的作用。

Study of the Effect of Jujing Granules on CDY Gene Expression in Ashenopermia

Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of jujing granules on ashenopermia with abnormal nucleoprotein transition and the change in CDY(chromodomain Y-like protein)gene.Methods 63 patients of ashenopermia with abnormal nucleoprotein transition were selected and treated with jujing granules for 3 months.The changes were observed in routine semen parameter,nucleoprotein transition and CDY gene expression before and after treatment.Additionally,56 cases with normal fertility were picked up in a control group.Results Compared with the normal control group,the sperm concentration was different significantly in statistics(P<0.05).The statistical significant differences presented also in the main semen parameters such as the semi-quantitative value of spermatic nucleoprotein transition,a-grade sperm,(a+b)-grade sperm and motility(P<0.01).After treated for 3 months with jujing granules,the sperm concentration was different significantly in statistics as compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).Additionally,the main semen parameters such as the semi-quantitative value of spermatic nucleoprotein transition,a-grade sperm,(a+b)-grade sperm and the motility were all different significantly in statistics as compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,CDY gene expression was improved to different extents.Conclusion Jujing granules not only improve the main semen parameters,but also promote the down-regulation of semi-quantitative value of spermatic nucleoprotein transition.The spermatic nucleoprotein transition is regulated through promoting the increase of CDY gene expression.
