肩三针配合颈夹脊穴治疗肩关节周围炎疗效观察

目的观察肩三针配合颈夹脊穴治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法将100例肩关节周围炎患者分成治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用肩三针配合颈夹脊穴治疗,对照组单纯采用肩三针治疗,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后简式Mcgil疼痛量表(MPQ)感觉痛量表和MPQ情感类量表评分。结果治疗组愈显率为92.0%,对照组为74.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后MPQ感觉痛量表及MPQ情感类量表评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肩三针配合颈夹脊穴是一种治疗肩关节周围炎的有效方法。

Observation on the Efficacy of Shoulder Three-needle Acupuncture plus Neck Jiaji Points in Treating Shoulder Periarthritis

Objective To investigate the efficacy of shoulder three-needle acupuncture plus neck Jiaji Points in treating shoulder periarthritis. Method A hundred patients with shoulder periarthritis were randomly allocated into a treatment group and a control group, 50 in each. The treatment group received shoulder three-needle acupuncture plus neck Jiaji points and the control group received shoulder three-needle acupuncture only. The McGill Pain Questionnaire （MPQ） was adopted in evaluation before and after treatment. Result The recovery and markedly effective rate was 92.0% in the treatment group, versus 74.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the scores in the treatment group evaluated by MPQ were markedly different from that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shoulder three-needle acupuncture plus neck Jiaji points is effective in treating shoulder periarthritis.
