50例粘连性肠梗阻非手术治疗的临床分析

目的:探讨粘连性肠梗阻非手术治疗的方法。方法:采用自拟肠粘连松解汤胃管注入和灌肠,配合禁食、持续胃肠减压、抗感染补液支持等常规治疗,必要时手术治疗。结果:50例中,保守治疗47例痊愈,痊愈率94%,3例中转手术治疗。结论:采用中西医结合治疗粘连性肠梗阻能尽快缓解病情,达到治愈目的,手术率低,具有治愈率高、见效快、住院时间短、痛苦小等优点,具有推广应用价值。

Clinical Analysis of 50 cases Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction without Surgery

Objective: To study the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction without surgery.Method:On the basis of traditional treatment,Such as fluid infnsion for antiinfection,continuns gastrointestinal decompression,without diet,The adhesive decoction were given by gastric tube influx and enema.They were operated in emergency.Result:47 cases in 50 were cured(cure rate was 94%)with conservative treatment.3 cases were operated.Conclusion:It's effective early to treat adhesive intestinal obstruction with lower operation,higher cure rate,less pain and short period in hospital.It's worth spreading clinical.
