青海地区青年人和老年人胃癌病理分析

目的：了解青海地区青年与老年人胃癌的病理特点。方法：对我院1998－2000年胃镜活检及手术后病理诊断34例青年人和105例老年人胃癌病例进行回顾性分析。结果：青年组与老年组胃癌在性别上差异显著（P＜0．01）。前者以女性居多，后者则以男性居多。部位：青年以胃窦部居多，老年组以贲门部为主。组织类型：青年组以低分化腺癌为主，老年组则以中高分化腺为主（P＜0．01）。结论：胃癌的组织学类型决定其恶性程度；老年人胃癌的恶性程度相对较低，故不应轻易放弃手术；青年人胃癌的恶性程度相对较高，转移早，故对其应早期明确诊断，扩大手术范围和采用综合治疗手术。

Pathologic analysis on both yanger and elder patients with carcinoma of the stomach in Qinghai region

Objective To detect the characteristics of carcinoma of stomach both in young and old patients in Qinghai region Methods To use the retrospective analysising among 34 cases of young patients and 105 cases of old patient with carcinoma of stomach by gastrocop biopsy and postoperative pathologic detection from 1998-2000 Result Both groups showed significant difference in sex In the young patieats group the female is more than male,whereas in the old patinets group the meals is more then female concerning the cancer occurring site,there is mainly in antral region of stomach in younger patients grounp,however The old patients group,the main occurring site is in the cardiac part The type of tissue in younger group is mainaly poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma adn in old group is middle or well-differentiated adenocarcinama(P<0 001) Conclusion Tissue type of gastric carcinoma is determined its malignancy Among the older patients, the degree of malignancy is lower So it ought not to give up the treatment of operation On the other hand,the degree of malignancy in the younger group is relatively higher and easy to occur carcinoma metastasis It is important to diagnose early and extend the range of operation and to use compreransive treatment method
