沃丽汀辅助治疗脉络膜新生血管病的临床研究

目的 观察并评价沃丽汀片剂辅助治疗脉络膜新生血管疾病的临床疗效.方法 前瞻性、随机将60例(60只眼)脉络膜新生血管疾病患者分为两组:治疗组30例患者于光动力治疗后接受沃丽汀片剂口服.300μg/d,分3次口服,共60d;对照组30例患者光动力治疗后不接受药物辅助治疗.观察期为3个月,于治疗后1、4、8、12周复诊.观察视力、裂隙灯检查、FFA和OCT测量黄斑部视网膜厚度.结果 治疗组于第4周黄斑部视网膜厚度明显变薄,至第8周接近正常水平.而对照组第8周黄斑部视网膜厚度才有明显的改变,到12周时才接近正常水平.观察期末治疗组视力0.05～0.1者1只眼,0.15～0.3者9只眼,大于0.3者20只眼;对照组0.05～0.1者5只眼,0.15～0.3者13只眼,大于0.3者12只眼,两组对比差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 沃丽汀可以促进出血、渗出及视网膜下液的吸收,用于辅助治疗脉络膜新生血管疾病,可以缩短黄斑部恢复的时间,恢复较好的视功能.

The Study on Jolethin (100)Tablets as the adjunctive treatment for choroidal neovascularization diseases

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jolethion Tablets as the adjunctive treat-ment for choroidai neovascularization diseases.Methodes Sixty cases(60 eyes)with choroidal neovasculariza-tion diseases were included in this randomised and prospective study, who accepted photodynamic therapy first. The patients were devided into two groups:30 cases in Jolethin adjunctive treatment group accepted Jolethin Tablets 300μg/d,three times per day,totally for 60 days,the other 30 cases in control group received no medicine.Visual acuity, slit-lamp microscope examination, fundus fluoresceins angiography (FFA)and optical coherent topography (OCT)were done on each patient pretreatment and 1,4,8 and 12 weeks during/after the treatment.Results The central macular thickness (CMT)in treatment group became obviously thinner 4 weeks after trearment(P<0.05), while the control needed 8 weeks.Alhough CMT appeared near normal in both treatment and control group after 12 weeks,the vision of the treatment group increased more than that of con-trol.(P<0.05). Conclusion Jolethin is effective for the absorption of subretinal fluid in patients with choroidal neovascularization diseases and this may shorten the course of recovery and increase vision improvement.
