华北耧斗菜的化学成分研究

摘    要: 目的 研究华北耧斗菜(Aquilegia yabeana Kitag中的化学成分。方法 利用Diaion HP-20、Toyopearl HW-40、硅胶柱等柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。 结果 分离并鉴定了13化合物的结构,分别为:3,4-二羟基苯乙酸(Ⅰ, 羟基酪醇(Ⅱ,邻苯二酚(Ⅲ,对羟基苯乙醇(Ⅳ, 3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯乙醇(Ⅴ, 原儿茶酸(Ⅵ, 没食子酸(Ⅶ, 5,7,4′-三羟基-8-C-β-D-葡萄糖黄酮碳苷(Ⅷ, 5,4′-二羟基-6,7-二甲氧基-8-C-β-D-葡萄糖黄酮碳苷(Ⅸ, 5,7,4′-三羟基-6-甲氧基-8-C-β-D-葡萄糖黄酮碳苷(Ⅹ, 5,7,8,4′-四羟基-6-C-β-D-葡萄糖黄酮碳苷(Ⅺ, 槲皮素-3-O-β-D-木糖-(1→2-β-D-半乳糖苷(Ⅻ, 芦丁(ⅩⅢ。 结论 以上13个化合物均为首次从本植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Aquilegia yabeana Kita. METHODS The compounds were isolated by Diaion HP-20, Toyopearl HW-40, and silical gel column chromatography. The structures of these compounds were identified by physiochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS Thirteen compounds were obtained, and their structures were identified as 3, 4-dihydroxyphenyl acetic acid (Ⅰ, hydroxytyrosol (Ⅱ, pyrocatechol (Ⅲ, 4-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol (Ⅳ, 4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenylethanol (Ⅴ, protocatechuic acid (Ⅵ, gallic acid (Ⅶ, 8-β-D-galactopyranosyl-5, 7, 4′-trihydroxyflavone (Ⅷ, 5, 4′-dihydroxy-6, 7-dimethoxy-8-C-β-D-glucopyranosylflavone (Ⅸ, 5, 7, 4′-trihydroxy-6-methoxy-8-C-β-D-glucopyranosyl flavone (Ⅹ, 6-β-D-galactopyranosyl-5, 7, 8, 4′-tetrahydroxyflavone (Ⅺ, quercetin-3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2-β-D-galactopyranoside (Ⅻ, and rutin (ⅩⅢ. CONCLUSION All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
