金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素基因定位研究

摘    要:对40株产1种或1种以上肠毒素的金黄色葡萄球菌(以下简称金葡菌)进行分析,结果全部金葡菌肠毒素A(SEA,12/12)、金葡菌肠毒素C(SEC,19/19)、大部分金葡菌肠毒素B(SEB,23/28)的产生不因质粒的消除而消失,说明SEA、SEC的基因位点在染色体上。有5株金葡菌因质粒消除而失去产SEB的能力,其基因位点,可能在质粒或染色体上。4株金葡菌亦均因质粒消除失去产金葡菌肠毒素D的能力,其基因位点可能在质粒上。

Abstract:Forty strains of staphylococcal aureus which can produce one or more kinds of staphylococcal enterotoxins (SEs) had been studied.The SEs were determined before and after elimination of the plasmids from the bacteria.We found all of the SEA (12/12) and SEC (19/19),most of SEB (23/28) and none of SED (0/4) were detectable after the elimi nation of the plasmids.These suggested that the gene loci for SEA and SEC might be located on chromosome and that of SEA and SEC might be located on chromosome and that of SED was on plasmids.Five strains lost ability of producing SEB due to loss of plasmids,so the production of SEB was controlled by both chromosome and plasmid.
