106例胰腺癌患者临床特点分析

目的分析胰腺癌的临床特点,提高对胰腺癌的临床认识,综合利用各种治疗手段改善中晚期胰腺癌的生存质量。方法分析收治的106例胰腺癌病例的临床表现特点、治疗方法与结果。结果本组病例常见症状主要为腹部不适、腹痛腹胀、腰背部胀痛、呕吐、黄疸。肿瘤位于胰腺头颈部者51例,体尾部者43例,钩突部者3例,全胰者9例。合并肝脏转移者46例,肺部转移者2例,腹腔淋巴结及腹膜转移者35例,门静脉癌栓者5例,其他部位转移者18例。肿瘤标志物有不同程度升高,其中以CA199升高最为明显。结论胰腺癌早期诊断率低,大多数就诊时已属中晚期,充分利用B超、核磁共振、CT及超声内镜等影像学技术有助于早期诊断。早期手术治疗、介入治疗、放化疗等各种手段以提高生存期,改善生存质量。

A clinical analysis for 106 cases of pancreatic cancer

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and enhance the clinical recognition of pancreatic cancer,make full use of the various kinds of treatments and improve the survival quality of the patients with advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods The date of 106 patients with pancreatic cancer were retrospectively analyzed.Results Patients in this group included 58 male and 48 female with the age from 36 to 90years old.Abdominal discomfort,abdominal pain,back pain,vomiting and jaundice were the common symptoms.The serum tumor markers were increased at different degree,of which CA199 was most obvious.Conclusion The early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer rate is low.Most patients were diagnosed at advanced stage.Making full use of imaging technologies（B-Ultrasonography,MRI,CT,EUS）is helpful for early identification,early diagnosis and early treatment of pancreatic cancer.The comprehensive utilization of operation treatment,interventional therapy,radiotherapy,chemotherapy and other approaches can delay the survival periods and improve the quality of life.
