不同溶媒雾化吸入方案对心内科病房老年患者治疗依从性的影响

目的 探讨生理盐水和注射用水两种不同溶媒对心内科老年患者雾化吸入治疗依从性的影响及其临床效果,为溶媒做雾化吸入进入临床提供科学依据.方法 选取2011年10月～2013年10月收治的因肺部感染疾病需要雾化吸入治疗的老年患者60例,随机分为研究组和对照组各30例,研究组患者应用注射用水作溶媒进行氧气雾化吸入治疗,对照组患者则采用生理盐水为溶媒进行氧气雾化吸入治疗.观察对比两组患者雾化吸入治疗依从性及临床疗效的差异.结果 研究组患者24小时症状表现和肺部哮喘声音大小评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义（t=7.7460,P＜0.01;t=8.7636,P＜0.01）.研究组患者顺利完成率显著高于对照组（X2=4.0219,P＜0.05）,而不能完成率显著低于对照组（x2=4.0431,P＜0.05）,其总体治疗依从性效果显著优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义（x2=4.0431,P＜0.05）.结论 采用注射用水作为溶媒可以提高心内科病房老年患者雾化吸入治疗的依从性,效果满意,值得临床推广应用.

Influence of different solvent inhalation on compliance of elderly patients

Objective To investigate the influence of saline and water for injection on compliance of elderly patients. Methods 60 elderly patients were randomly divided into study group and the control group. Study group elderly patients carried oxygen injection water as a solvent inhalation therapy. The control group was treated with saline as vehicles carry oxygen inhalation. The inhaled nebulizer treatment compliance were observed. Results The 24 hours asthma symptoms and lung sounds size scores of study group were lower than that of the control group （t=7. 7460, P〈0.01; t= 8. 7636, P〈0.01）. Successful completion rate of the study group was significantly higher in elderly patients （x^2 = 4. 0219, P〈0.05）. The completion rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group （x^2 = 4. 0431, P〈0.05）. The overall effect of treatment compliance of the study group significantly was better than the control group （x^2=4. 0431, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of water as a solvent for injection can improve cardiology ward of elderly patients inhaled nebulizer treatment compliance and increase of therapeutic effect.
