膝关节以下手术中应用神经刺激仪定位股神经加坐骨神经阻滞的临床效果观察

目的 探讨膝关节以下手术中应用神经刺激仪定位股神经加坐骨神经阻滞的临床效果.方法 98例下肢手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各49例,分别给予神经刺激仪定位下股神经加坐骨神经阻滞和椎管内麻醉,比较两组患者麻醉效果和手术后并发症的发生情况.结果 两组患者感觉神经阻滞及运动神经阻滞起效时间、维持时间差异无统计学意义（均P＞0.05）,麻醉有效性差异亦无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组（2.04％ VS 22.45％,x^2 =9.496,P=0.002）.结论 膝关节以下手术中应用神经刺激仪定位股神经加坐骨神经阻滞麻醉效果可靠,且并发症少.

The clinical effect of neurostimulator-guidedfemoral and sciatic nerve block on surgery under knee

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of neurostimulator-guidedfemora｜ and sciatic nerve block in patients undergoing surgery under knee. Methods 98 patients undergoing lower limb surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group, which were respectively treated with neurostimulator-guidedfemoraI and sciatic nerve block and spinal anesthesia. The anesthesia effect and surgical complications of two groups were compared. Results There were no significant difference in onset time and duration time of sensory block and motor blockbetween two groups （P〉0.05）. The effectiveness of anesthesia was not statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）. The postoperative complications of observation group was lower than the control group （2.04% VS 22.45%, x^2 = 9. 496, P = 0. 002）, Conclusion The neurostimulator-guidedfemoral and sciatic nerve block in surgery under knee is reliable and safe.
