成人急性会厌炎82例临床分析

目的探讨成人急性会厌炎的临床特点及治疗方法,提高治愈率。方法对2008年1月～2010年12月住院治疗的82例成人急性会厌炎病例进行回顾分析。全部病例均静脉内给予足量抗生素和类固醇激素治疗,同时行超声雾化吸入。结果 82例中气管切开术2例,会厌切开4例。平均治疗6天痊愈出院,无一例死亡。结论治疗成人急性会厌炎的重点是抗感染、消除水肿和维持呼吸道通畅,必要时建立人工气道,对于并发会厌脓肿者应酌情切开脓肿。

Clinical analysis of 82 patients with adult acute epiglottitis

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment of acute epiglottistic in adults and improve the cure rate.Methods The clinical characteristics of 82 patients with acute eipglottitis were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were given adequate antibiotics and steroidhormone intravenously and ultrasonic atomization inhalation.In addition,the tracheotomy and epiglottis incision were performed in 2 patients and 4 patients,respectively.Results The average recovery time was 6 days.Conclusion The anti-infection treatment,eliminating edema and maintaining the airway are very important in treatment of adult acute epiglottitis.Moreover,the establishment of artificial airway and the incision of abscess for the patients with epiglottis abscess should be also utilized.
