| 摘 要： | 目的探讨优质护理服务在儿科护理安全文化中的重要性。方法选取开展优质护理前（2010年5月～2011年4月）收治的3057例患儿与开展优质护理后（2011年5月～2012年4月）收治的3428例患儿进行满意度调查,并对前后两年发生的护理不良事件进行回顾性分析。结果实施优质护理后,通过强化护理安全管理,护理不良事件的发生率由0.36%降低为0.12%,患儿及家属的满意度由93.42%上升到95.51%,组间差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论在优质护理活动中,通过护理安全文化的普及,提高了护理质量的同时,护士抗风险能力增强了,密切了护患关系,提升了满意度,在儿科病房值得大力推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the importance of high-quality nursing in pediatric nursing.Methods 3428 cases with high-quality nursing and 3057 cases without high-quality nursing were included in the present study.The degree of satisfaction and nursing adverse events were analyzed.Results The incidence of nursing adverse events before and after high-quality nursing were 0.36% and 0.12%（P〈0.05）.The degree of satisfaction before and after high-quality nursing were 93.42% and 95.51%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The high-quality nursing can improve the quality of nursing,nursepatient relationship and the degree of satisfaction. |
