早期卵巢癌腹腔镜与开腹分期手术的临床疗效比较

目的 对比早期卵巢癌腹腔镜与开腹分期手术的临床疗效.方法 对2010年4月～2012年4月入院手术治疗的60例早期卵巢癌患者随机分为开腹组32例与腹腔镜组28例,对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症、术后住院时间、术后排气时间以及淋巴结切除数量.结果 腹腔镜组术中出血量较开腹组明显减少（P＜0.05）,且术后排气时间也明显缩短（P＜0.05）,两组的手术时间、淋巴结切除率、术后住院时间以及并发症发生率差异均无统计学意义（均P＞0.05）.结论 早期卵巢癌的治疗中,采取腹腔镜分期手术,不仅可使出血量得到有效降低,同时还可使术后排气时间得到明显缩短,有利于促进患者康复,具有一定的临床应用价值.

Effects of early ovarian cancer staging operation on laparoscopic and laparotomy

Objective To analyze the early laparoscopic and laparotomic staging of ovarian cancer operation. Methods 60 early ovarian cancer patients including 32 cases with open surgery and 28 cases with laparoscopic operation for were retrospectively analyzed. The operation time, bleeding in operation, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative hospitalization time, complications after operation and the number of lymph nodes removed were observed. Results The intraperitoneal hemorrhage of laparoscopic operation group were significantly less than that of the open surgery group （P〈0.05）. The exhaust and postoperative time of laparoseopie operation group were shorter than that of open surgery group （P〈0.05）. The operation time, lymph node resection rate, postoperative hospitalization time and complications of the two groups were not different （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The laparoscopic staging operation can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding and accelerate rehabilitation.
