冠心病危险因素的Meta分析

目的 定量综合评价中国人群冠心病发生的主要危险因素,为预防决策提供依据.方法 利用Meta分析方法对国内2000～2013年14年间关于冠心病危险因素的研究文献进行定量综合分析,用随机效应模型计算合并OR值及其95％的置信区间（95％ CI）.结果 20个研究共6948例病例和116165例对照被纳入Meta分析,入选研究有较高的质量,采用随机效应模型进行数据合并,各因素合并OR值及95％cI分别为：高血压病3.403（2.484～4.323）,冠心病家族史2.497（2.097～2.897）,吸烟史1.785（1.504～2.065）,糖尿病2.050（1.061～2.490）,肥胖1.478（1.024～1.937）,高脂血症2.084（1.675～2.493）,高胆固醇血症1.962（1.461～2.463）.结论 高血压病、冠心病家族史、吸烟史、糖尿病、肥胖、高脂血症、高胆固醇血症均为中国人群冠心病发生的主要危险因素.

Meta-analysis on the risks factors of coronary heart diease

Objective To quantitatively evaluate the main factors related to the incidence of coronary heart disease in Chinese people and provide evidence for prevention of decision-making on coronary heart disease. Methods The literatures of epidemiological studies on risk factors of coronary heart disease from 2000 to 2013 were retrieved and analyzed synthetically by Meta-analysis. Random effect model were selected to calculate the pooled OR and its corresponding 95% Confidence Interval. Results 20 studies, a total of 6948 cases and 116165 controls were included in Meta-analysis and these studies included had high quality.. The pooled odds ratio for hypertension was 3. 403 （2. 484~4. 323）, family his- tory of CDH 2. 497 （2. 097~2. 897）, smoking 1. 785 （1. 504~2. 065）, diabetes mellitus 2. 050 （1. 061~2. 490）, obesity 1. 478（1. 024~1. 937）, hyperlipemia 2. 084 （1. 675~2. 493）, hypercholesteremia 1. 962 （1. 461~2. 463）, respectively. Conclusion Hypertension, family history of CDH, smoking, diabetes mellitus, obesity, hyperlipemia and hypercholesteremia were the main factors influencing the incidence of coronary heart disease in Chinese people.
