| 摘 要： | 目的 观察常规疗法加盐酸小檗碱灌肠治疗小儿细菌性肠炎的疗效.方法 将135例小儿细菌性肠炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组65例常规给予抗感染及补液等治疗,治疗组70例在对照组基础上使用盐酸小檗碱灌肠治疗.结果 治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）,且未发现明显不良反应.结论 常规疗法加盐酸小檗碱灌肠治疗小儿细菌性肠炎疗效确切,安全实用,值得临床推广使用.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the conventional therapy plus berberine hydrochloride in children with bacterial enteritis enema treatment efficacy. Methods 135 patients with pediatric bacterial enteritis in children were randomized to the control group （65 cases） routinely treated with antibiotics and rehydration treatment group （70 cases） treated with berberine hydrochloride enema and treatment of the control group. Results The treatment effect in the treatment group was better than that of the control group. There was no no significant adverse reaction. Conclusion Conventional therapy plus berberine hydrochloride enema bacterial enteritis in children is effective, safe and practical. |
