急性百草枯中毒患者早期并发症和临床结局的关系

目的 探讨急性百草枯中毒患者早期并发症与临床结局的关系.方法 选取2006年6月～2013年6月我院收治的急性百草枯中毒患者52例,按临床结局分为存活组16例和死亡组36例,比较两组患者性别、年龄、服毒后开始接受治疗时间等一般资料,以及患者早期并发症出现情况的差异.结果 两组患者在年龄、性别比例、就诊时间、体重等一般资料方面差异不显著（P＞0.05）.急性百草枯中毒患者并发症发病率由高到低为肝功能损害、肾功能损害、呼吸功能损害、胰腺功能损害、凝血功能障碍、肌肉损害、纵隔气肿和消化道出血.其中胰腺功能损害、凝血功能障碍、肝功能损害、肌肉损害以及呼吸功能损害这5种并发症在存活组与死亡组之间比较,差异有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.结论 临床上应对急性百草枯患者早期并发症给予高度重视,早预防,早发现,早治疗,以期得到更好的临床结局.

Relations of early complications of acute paraquat poisoning and clinical outcomes

Objective To analyze the relations of early complications of acute paraquat poisoning and clinical outcomes. Methods 52 poisoning patients were divided into into survival group （16 cases）, died group （36 cases）. The gender, age, treatment time and complications were analyzed. Results The age, gender, treatment time, weight, and other general information of the two groups were not significant different （P〉0.05）. The complications of acute paraquat poisoning patients included liver damage, kidney damage, respiratory dysfunction, pancreatic dysfunction, coagulation disorders, muscle damage, mediastinal emphysema and gastrointestinal bleeding. The complications of pancreatic dysfunction, coagulation disorders, liver damage, muscle damage and respiratory dysfunction of the two groups were statistical significantly different （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion It should be pay attention to complications in patients with acute paraquat. Early prevention, detection and treatment of complications can get a better clinical outcome.
