三维动态增强MRI在乳腺良恶性病变诊断中的应用研究

目的 探究三维动态增强MRI在乳腺良恶性病变诊断中的应用价值.方法 选取2010年12月-2012年12月收治的102例乳腺病变患者作为研究对象,102例患者中经病理检查诊断45例为良性病变,57例为恶性病变,对所有患者均采用三维动态增强MRI进行检查,并对检查结果进行对比分析.结果 在45例良性病变中,边缘不规则的、毛刺状的明显少于恶性病变患者,良性患者边缘形态以光滑为主,良恶性患者间差异明显,具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.恶性病变患者的A型人数明显多于良性病变患者,而恶性病变患者的C型人数明显低于良性患者.恶性病变患者早期增强率以≥60％为主（71.93％）,明显高于良性病变患者,而良性病变患者以＜60％为主,占总人数的80.00％.结论 三维动态增强MRI在乳腺良恶性病变诊断中可以辨别病灶的形态特征,而信号强度时间曲线以及早期增强率均对乳腺恶性病变有辅助诊断意义.

Applied research of three-dimensional dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions

Objective To explore and observe the applied research of three-dimensional dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.Methods 102 cases of breast lesions admitted were included in this study.all the patients were applied three-dimensional dynamic enhanced MRI to check.Results Patients with irregular edge,burr-like significantly were less than patients with malignant lesions in 45 cases of benign lesions.The benign patients＇ edge was mainly smooth.The obvious differences existed between benign and malignant patients,had a statistical significance.A type of patients with malignant lesions was significantly more than patients with benign lesions,and type C of patients with malignant lesions was significantly lower than the number of patients with benign lesions.The early enhancement rate of patients with malignant lesions was ≥60 ％ （71.93％） and was significantly higher than that of patients with benign lesions,patients with benign lesions was ＜60％,accounting for 80.00％ of the total number.Conclusion The three-dimensional dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions can identify the morphological characteristics of the lesion,the time curve of signal intensity and the early enhancement rate has meaning of secondary diagnosis for malignant lesions of the breast.
