临床护理路径在肾活检患者中的应用

目的 探讨临床护理路径（clinical nursing path,CNP）在肾活检（renal biopsy,RB）患者护理中的应用效果.方法 将186例RB病人按就诊顺序分为对照组和观察组各93例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组按临床护理路径表,有计划地从病人入院到出院对其进行全程、个体化的护理观察,比较两组病人心理焦虑、疾病知识掌握程度、肾活检术后并发症或不良反应的发生、住院天数及费用、满意度情况.结果 观察组病人心理焦虑、对疾病知识的掌握程度、满意度明显高于对照组（均P＜0.05）;平均住院天数及费用、术后并发症及不良反应的发生明显低于对照组（均P＜0.05）.结论 临床护理路径的实施,可提高护理工作质量与工作效率,减少并发症和不良反应发生,缩短住院天数,降低医疗费用,增进护患关系,使病人对护理工作的满意度提高.

Application of clinical nursing path in patients with renal biopsy

Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing path in the nursing service of patients with renal biopsy.Methods 186 RB patients were divided into control group （n=93） and observation group （n=-93） according to the visiting sequence.Conventional nursing was applied in the patients of the control group.The nursing observation was implemented among the patients of observation group in a planned,whole and individualized way from the admission to discharge according to the clinical nursing path table.Mental anxiety、mastery of disease knowledge,biopsy complications or adverse reactions,length of stay,cost,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,mental anxiety,mastery of disease knowledge and satisfaction were significantly higher,length of stay,cost and biopsy complications or adverse reactions were significantly lower （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Implementation of clinical nursing path can improve the quality and efficiency of nursing service,reduce the occurrence of complications and adverse events,shorten hospital stays,down the costs,improve the nurse-patient relationship and increase the satisfaction of the patients to the nursing service.
