| 摘 要： | 目的 了解肿瘤标志物在胃癌中的表达情况，探讨其在早期诊断中的价值。方法 用ＳＡＢＣ染色法对３０例胃癌组织标本进行了４种肿瘤标志物ｐ５３、ｐ２１＾ＣＩＰ１、ＣＥＡ和Ｃ－ｅｒＢ－２的检测。结果 ３０例胃癌ｐ５３、ｐ２１＾ＣＩＰ１、ＣＥＡ和Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２的阳性表达率分别为３０％、５３．３％、８０％和３３．３％。结论 单一肿瘤标志物，除ＣＥＡ外其他３种在胃癌中的阳性表达率较低；联合应用４种瘤标志物可提高

| Abstract: | s:Objective Investigation of the expression of tumor markers in early stage of gastric carcinoma. Method p5 3,p2 1CIP1 ,CEA and C- erb B- 2 were used to detect30 gastric carcinom a tissue specimens by using SABC im munohistochemistry method.Result Positive expession of p5 3,p2 1CIP1 ,CEA and C- erb B- 2 was30 % ,5 3.3% , 80 % and30 % respectively.Conclusion Except CEA,other tum or markers showed low positive expression in gas- tric carcinom a.Combination of four tumor markers will improved positive diagnostic rate.But all of them showed low expression in early stage gastric carcinom a,and no correlation with differentiation of gastric carcinoma. |
