肝衰竭患者凝血酶原时间报告形式的探讨

目的 :探讨在肝衰竭病人的凝血酶原时间 (PT)以秒数、比率、活动百分率计 ,还是以国际正常化比率(INR)表示。方法 :采用 ISI 1.11,1.76和 2 .0 5的三种凝血活酶对 5 2例肝衰竭病人和 5 0例口服华法令的换瓣术后的病人进行 PT测定。以上述四种方式表示结果。结果 :肝衰竭病人 ,PT百分率能消除变异的可能性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而其他表示形式仍有明显的差异 (P>0 .0 1)。患者口服抗凝治疗后仅 INR能较准确地反映 PT的结果。结论 :INR不能用于表达非抗凝治疗患者的 PT结果。 PT活动的百分率是为肝衰竭病人的最好报告形式。

Selection of the reporting form of prothrombin time in patients with liver failure

To inquire the reporting form of prothrombin time (PT) in liver failure patients with second, activity percentage, PTR or INR. PTs were measured with three thromboplastin reagents of different sensitivities (ISI 1.11, 1.76 and 2.05) in plasma from 52 patients with liver failure and 50 patients with oral anticoagulation. The results were reported with above four forms. The activity percentage expression may eliminate variability(P>0.05), there are significant variation in other form (P<0.01). In the patients after oral anticoagulant therapy INR can reflect the result of PT more exactly. So INR can not be used as PT expression in non anticoagulant therapy, in liver failure patients activity percentage is the best PT expression.
