| 摘 要： | 目的:观察天麻钩藤饮对肝阳上亢型高血压病患者的疗效及其生活质量的影响。方法:选择肝阳上亢型高血压病人172例,随机分为治疗组86例和对照组86例,治疗组采天麻钩藤饮加减治疗,对照组采用洛汀新治疗,两组均治疗4周,分别对两组的血压和生活质量进行测评。结果:治疗后,两组血压均明显下降,两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗组生活质量评分明显较对照组高(P<0.001)。结论:天麻钩藤饮对肝阳上亢型高血压病患者不但具有良好的降压效果,还能够明显提高高血压患者的生活质量。
