四川省人民医院2004～2006年儿科住院患儿死因分析

目的 了解我院住院患儿死亡原因,以提高医疗诊治水平,降低病死率.方法 对70例住院患儿的死亡原因进行回顾性分析.结果 2004～2006年住院患儿病死率为0.970%、0.556%、0.292% ,呈逐年下降趋势;70例死亡患儿中新生儿36例,占51.4% ,死因以呼吸系统疾病为主,其次是神经系统疾病;婴儿4例,占5.7%,幼儿7例,占10.0%,死因以呼吸系统疾病为主;学龄前期10例,占14.3%,学龄期13例,占18.6%,死因以损伤中毒为主.结论 新生儿期疾病、呼吸系统疾病、损伤中毒是我院住院患儿的主要死因.应加强孕期保健、胎儿监测,预防早产及极低出生体重儿,改善儿童的生活环境,提高儿童和家长对伤害的防范意识,有效降低儿童的病死率.

Analysis of the mortality of hospitalized children in Sichuan Provincial People''''s Hospital from 2004 to 2006

Objective To investigate the mortality and the causes of death of the hospitalized children from January 2004 to September 2006 in our hospital,so as to raise the medical treatment level and decrease the mortality of the hospitalized children.Methods The causes of death of the hospitalized children from 2004 to 2006 were retrospectively analysed.Results The mortality of the hospitalized children from 2004 to 2006 was 0.970%,0.556%,0.292% respectively,showing a downward trend year by year.The neonatal proportional mortality indicator(PMI)was 51.4%,in which respiratory diseases were dominant responsible for the death,followed by neurological diseases.PMI in infancy and childhood was 5.7% and 10% respectively,as a result of respiratory diseases mainly.PMI in preschool period and school age was 14.3% and 18.6% respectively,mainly owing to injuries and poisoning.Conclusion Diseases in neonatal period,respiratory diseases,injuries and poisoning are the main causes of death in the hospitalized children in our hospital.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the antenatal care and fetal monitoring,prevent premature birth and very low birth weight infants,improve the living environment of children,enhance the consciousness on preventing injuries for both children and parents,which can effectively decrease the mortality of children.
