黄芪桂枝五物汤及单味药材中多糖成分的含量测定

摘    要:①目的对黄芪桂枝五物汤及各单味药材中多糖成分含量进行测定,比较其差异。②方法采用硫酸-苯酚法(PSM),λ为4 9 0 nm,显色在4.5小时内稳定。③结果煎剂中多糖含量分别为黄芪3 5mg/g,桂枝0mg/g,芍药2 0.4mg/g,生姜0mg/g,大枣30.5mg/g。黄芪 桂枝 芍药 生姜 大枣合煎多糖含量为1150.76mg/g;单煎得到的多糖等于各单味药多糖之和:黄芪 桂枝 芍药 生姜 大枣含量为1658.66mg/g。④结论黄芪桂枝五物汤中多糖的含量可因不同配伍发生变化,5种药合煎比单煎多糖含量减少。

Abstract:Objective To compare the polysaccharides contents of mixture of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang with single medical herb composed of the mixture.Method The phenolsulfaric method(PSM) was used under the wave length of 490nm in 4.5hrs to examin the polysaccharides contents Results The polysaccharides content in Five-ingredient decoction is 1150.76mg,the Total of polysaccharides content of each ingredient decoctions is 1658.66mg.Conclusion polysaccharides content will change with different combination of ingredients and it will decrease when we put all ingredients together to decoct.
