三峡库区乡镇卫生院卫生人员现状与需求调查

[目的]深入了解三峡库区农村卫生人力资源现状与需求。[方法]2006年10月以问卷调查方式随机抽查了124所库区乡镇卫生院。[结果]经统计分析显示,库区农村卫生人员总数偏少（每千人口医师数约为1.14人）,学历偏低（无学历及中专学历共占76.67%）,专业分布不均衡;未来5年内库区卫生人员需求总量较大（每院每年平均2名左右）,学历层次以大专毕业生（1.37人）及以上为主,专业需求以全科医学专业、临床医学检验技术及护理专业为主。[结论]库区农村卫生人力资源缺乏,人员数量少、专业学历低、结构不合理等现状使库区农村卫生事业的发展受到较大的制约。加快库区农村卫生人员队伍建设,是促进库区农村卫生事业发展和保障农民健康水平的关键。

INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENT SITUATION AND DEMAND OF MEDICAL PERSONNEL IN TOWNSHIP HOSPITALS IN THE THREE GORGES RESERVOIR AREA

[Objective]To find out the current situation and demand of medical members in the township hospitals in the Three Gorges reservoir area.[Methods]A total of 124 rural hospitals in this area were randomly investigated by questionnaires at the end of October,2006.[Results]By statistical analysis,the medical members in three gorges reservoir area were fewer in number(there were approximately 1.14 doctors for 1000 people) ,lower in academic background(medical members with secondary specialized degree or without degree accounted for 76.67%) ,disproportion in the distribution of specialities.In the upcoming 5 years,there were increasingly huge demand of medical members(about 2 medical members for each hospital) ,and of medical members with associate diploma(1.37 members for each hospital) ,general practice,clinic lab technique and nursing specialities in the reservoir area.[Conclusion]Lack of quality medical human resources,small number of medical members,low-level academic background,disproportional distribution of specialities has restricted the development of hygiene affairs in the Three Gorges reservoir area.Accelerating the construction of medical members in rural areas will play a crucial role in promoting the development of hygiene affairs and ensuring the health of farmers in the Three Gorges reservoir area.
