摘    要:目的 探讨先期化疗后Ki67指数在预测卵巢癌化疗敏感性中的作用.方法 免疫组化检测42例卵巢癌组织Ki67的表达,其中22例接受以铂类为主的先期化疗,20例未接受先期化疗,分析化疗对Ki67表达的影响,并分析Ki67指数与化疗疗效的关系.结果 先期化疗组Ki67的表达明显低于无先期化疗组(P<0.01).无先期化疗组Ki67指数与化疗疗效无关(P>0.05),而先期化疗组Ki67指数与化疗疗效呈高度负相关(P<0.01).结论 敏感化疗使Ki67表达下降.卵巢癌接受以铂类为主的先期化疗后,Ki67指数与术后铂类化疗疗效呈负相关,可作为预测卵巢癌术后化疗敏感性指标之一.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the predictive value of Ki67 index in the sensitivity to chemotherapy in ovarian cancer after preoperative chemotherapy.Methods Immunohistochemical staining for Ki67 was performed for surgical specimens of 42 patients with ovarian cancer.22 patients were treated with preoperative chemotherapy(CT group),while no preoperative treatment was performed for the remaining 20 patients(control group).The effect of the chemotherapy to the expression of Ki67 was analysised. The correlation was explored between the Ki67 index and the effect of chemotherapy.Results The expression of Ki67 in CT group was significant lower than control group(P<0.01).There was no significant correlation between the Ki67 index and effect of pri- mary chemotherapy in control group(P>0.05),while significant inversely correlation was observed in CT group(P<0.01).Con- clusion In patients with a good response to chemotherapy,there is a significant reduction in the Ki67 index.After platinum-based preoperative chemotherapy,the Ki67 index is negative correlated with the effect of primary platinum-based chemotherapy.Ki67 in- dex can be a prediction index which has response to chemotherapy for postoperative ovarian caneer.
