| 摘 要： | 目的分析MMP2和MMP9在HepG2细胞系及肝细胞癌(HCC)组织中的表达,探讨不同的基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)与肝细胞癌侵袭转移的特异相关性。方法免疫细胞化学检测HepG2细胞系中MMP2和MMP9的表达,免疫组织化学检测38例HCC肝癌组织中MMP2和MMP9的表达。结果MMP9在HepG2细胞系的表达高于MMP2的表达。MMP9和MMP2在HCC组织中均有所表达,但MMP9的表达率84.2%(32/38)明显高于MMP2的表达52.6%(20/38),二者有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论MMP2、MMP9的表达在体内外呈现出一致性,即MMP9在体内外的表达均高于MMP2,推测可能MMP9与HCC的侵袭转移关系更为密切。
