| 摘 要： | 目的分析64层螺旋CT在主动脉夹层诊断和治疗中的应用价值。方法采用64层螺旋cT对37例主动脉夹层患者检查及诊断，并行主动脉夹层切除＋人造血管置换术和（或）主动脉人工血管支架腔内隔绝术（EvGE）术前评估及术后随访。结果与术中对照，64层螺旋CT对各型主动脉夹层的诊断符合率达100％；根据测量数据对手术方式的选择及腔内移植物规格型号经手术证实符合要求；术后随访，1例累及腹腔干及左锁骨下动脉；19例行腔内隔绝术，未见内漏发生。结论64层螺旋cT在主动脉夹层的诊断和术前评估及术后随访中有重要的临床应用价值，可作首选影像检查方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To Analyze the applicable value of 64-spiral CT in aortic dissecting aneurysm.Methods 64-slice CT angiography was performed in 37 cases. All patients were treated with endovascular graft exclusion （EVGE） and （or） vascular prosthesis replacement.64-slice CT was used in the preoperative evaluation and postop- erative follow-up.Result Compared with EVGE, the stent grafts according to the parameters obtained by 64-slice CT prior EVGE procedure matched perfectly to the need of implantation.In the postoperative follow-up： 1 case involved celiac trunk and left subclavian artery, no leakage occurred in 19 cases with EVGE.Conclusion 64-slice CT is of high value in the diagnosis,preoperative evaluation and postoperative follow-up of EVGE for aortic dissecting aneurysm.It can be used as the first-choice imaging method. |
