摘    要:目的 观察肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)灭活疫苗在黑线姬鼠型为主的混合型疫区使用的安全性、血清学及流行病学效果。方法  1994年 7月至 2 0 0 0年 7月在HFRS高发区 浙江省建德市采用HFRS (Ⅰ型 )灭活疫苗免疫接种 ,逐年测定抗体和观察发病情况。结果 疫苗基础免疫后抗体阳转率为 5 0 % ,1年后抗体阳转率和平均滴度均明显下降 ;5年后未能检出中和抗体 ,荧光抗体阳性率为 10 %。免疫后 7年内未发现病例 ,与对照组比较 ,保护率为 82 49%。结论 HFRS (Ⅰ型 )灭活疫苗具有良好的免疫效果和现场流行病学保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the safety, serological and epidemiological effect of HFRS inactivated vaccine in the mixed epidemic area where apodemus agarius is in the majority. Methods HFRS (I type) inactivated vaccine were vaccinated in the high epidemic area, Jiande city of Zhejiang province, from July 1994 to July 2000. The antibody level and the incidence rate of HFRS were detected year by year. Results After the basic immunization, the positive rate of HFRS antibody was 50%. One year later, the positive rate and the average titer of the antibody decreased significantly; after five years, the neutralization antibody could not be detected; the positive rate of fluorescence antibody was 10%. No HFRS cases were found in the seven years after immunization and the protective rate was 82 49% in comparison with the control group. Conclusion The HFRS(I type) inactivated vaccine possessed a good immune effect and spot epidemiological protective role.
